At Breezy Performance, we stand behind our products and strive to provide quality parts and service. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

Items must be returned in original packaging

All original hardware, accessories, and components must be included
Items that show signs of use, installation, heat exposure, modification, or damage will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom or made-to-order products

Installed or used performance parts

Special order items

Clearance or discounted items
Please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure whether an item qualifies for return.
Return Authorization (RMA)
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required before returning any item.
Please contact us to request an RMA. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
Fees & Shipping

A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- You MUST contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- You must provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
⚠️ Failure to report damage or defects within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
Breezy Performance reserves the right to determine whether a product is defective and whether a replacement is warranted.
Installation Responsibility
All products sold are intended for professional installation.
Breezy Performance is not responsible for installation errors, improper fitment due to modifications, or issues caused by incorrect installation.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to contact Breezy Performance first to resolve any issue.
🚫 Filing a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue directly with us may result in:
- Immediate denial of future service
- Order cancellation and customer blacklisting
- Submission of all evidence to dispute the claim
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Verify compatibility before purchase
- Inspect all parts before installation
- Contact us immediately if any issue is found
Order Cancellations
- Orders canceled by the customer may be subject to:
- 7% fee (installment payments)
- 3.5% fee (credit card/PayPal)
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled
